Vice versa, you can collect information from multiple tickets and merge them into one to have an overview of the process with all the necessary details. Our Ticket Manager Plus app also allows you to view a ticket history of solved and unsolved tickets to make handling them easier.
The Ticket Manager Plus app checks if there are multiple comments in a ticket and provides cloning or setting up a new ticket with the selected comment. Also, through checkboxes, multiple tickets can be highlighted to be merged into a single one. To have an overview of the requested tickets of a user, the app shows solved and unsolved tickets as a short history.
