DATA PRIVACY AND SECURITY:
This application accesses customer data exclusively within the Zendesk environment to provide its functionality. The app processes the following types of data: customer information (name, email, phone, document/CPF/CNPJ), ticket data (ID, status, tags, session information), and complaint-related data from Reclame Aqui (complaint ID, dates, URLs).
All data processing is performed securely through the Zendesk App Framework (ZAF) using the official Zendesk proxy, ensuring that customer data never leaves the secure Zendesk environment without proper authorization. Data is transmitted exclusively to Droz's secure infrastructure (*.droz.services) through encrypted connections.
We implement strict security measures: all API communications use secure tokens stored as encrypted parameters in Zendesk settings; data is accessed only when necessary for ticket management functionality; no customer data is stored locally or in browser storage; and all data transmission complies with Zendesk's security standards.
Customer data is used solely for the purpose of ticket management, complaint synchronization, and customer service operations within your Zendesk account. We do not share, sell, or expose customer data to unauthorized third parties. Data access is restricted to authenticated requests made through the Zendesk App Framework, and all operations are logged and auditable.
