Prerequisites

  • An active Ada account (start a free trial at https://www.ada.cx/trial/ or request a demo at https://www.ada.cx/demo/)

  • A Zendesk account with Zendesk Chat enabled

Setup Steps

  1. Log in to your Ada dashboard at https://app.ada.cx

  2. Navigate to Settings > Integrations
  3. Locate Zendesk Chat and click Connect
  4. Follow the prompts to authenticate your Zendesk Chat account

  5. Configure your handoff settings, including which department or group should receive transferred conversations

  6. Test the integration by triggering a handoff in a test conversation
