What User Export Pro does well

User Export Pro gives Zendesk admins a fast way to export and analyze user data — without leaving Zendesk. Use filters (role, tags, organizations, login activity, custom roles) to narrow results, preview instantly, then export up to 10,000 records to CSV or JSON.

Data handling & disclosures

We take data minimization and security seriously.

• Data accessed: Standard Zendesk user fields (e.g., name, email, role, org), tags, login activity, and related attributes used solely to generate your preview/export.
• How data is processed: All API calls are made via the Zendesk Apps Framework (ZAF) from the admin’s browser session. Data is used in-session to render previews and generate downloadable files.
• Storage & transmission: We do not send customer data to any external servers or third-party services. No data is persisted by the app beyond the browser session; exported files are generated client-side and downloaded directly by the admin.
• Access controls: The app respects the signed-in admin’s Zendesk permissions.
• Misuse prevention: No background collection, tracking, or secondary use. Data is not shared, sold, or used for training.
• Configuration: An optional parameter lets admins set a default maximum users per export (e.g., 10,000) to keep operations predictable.
