About this app
Use Toolbox to configure all sorts of notifications, that can be combined with Triggers and Automations. The notification appears in the top-right corner of Zendesk, and looks just like the native Zendesk notification.Use Toolbox to automatically open a ticket, user, organization, view or app. This can be used with Triggers and Automations.A webhook is needed for Toolbox to function in Triggers and Automations, or you can integrate your third-party application with the Toolbox API’s.
Key Features
Configure notification messages based on Triggers or Automations. Single time notifications are also possible.
Notifications can have a configurable duration before disappearing, or be ‘sticky’ - user has to close the notification.Configure Zendesk to open an item - a ticket, user, organization, view or app. You can specify for which agent which item is automatically shown. This can be based on Triggers or Automations.

Data Disclosure
This app accesses, uses, and stores the following data from your Zendesk account:
Data Accessed:- Current user information (agent name, email, role) to display notifications and determine which items to open- Ticket data (ID, subject, status, priority) to enable automatic opening of specific tickets- User and organization data (ID, name) to enable automatic opening of user and organization records- View and app references to enable automatic opening of views and apps- Webhook configuration data for integration with Triggers and Automations
How Data is Used:- User information is used to personalize notifications and target specific agents- Ticket, user, and organization data is used to automatically open relevant records based on your configured rules- Webhook data is processed to trigger notifications and automated actions- All data is used solely to provide the app's core functionality of displaying notifications and automatically opening Zendesk items
Data Storage:- Access tokens and webhook configuration are stored securely within your Zendesk instance- Notification preferences and automation rules are stored locally in your browser and Zendesk account settings- No data is transmitted to external servers or third-party services- No personal or ticket data is stored permanently outside your Zendesk instance

Cómo instalar
Configuration of this Zendesk App is a simple process.
Install the Zendesk App from the Zendesk App Marketplace. A 7-day free trial is included to try out this Zendesk App.
When opening the Zendesk App from the left navigation bar you will be prompted to create a webhook once. After this the Zendesk App is ready to be used.
