Shipmondo by Available lets your agents look up Shipmondo sales orders and shipments directly in the Zendesk ticket sidebar, so they can answer delivery and order questions without switching tools. The app can search by the ticket requester’s phone number or email, or you can search manually by order/shipment IDs and package/tracking numbers.

Requirements
You need a Shipmondo API user and API key. Please read the "How to install" instructions.
Data and privacy
This app reads the ticket requester’s email address and phone number from Zendesk Support to power search and search suggestions.
When you perform a search, the search value (for example email/phone/order ID) and your Shipmondo API credentials (stored as Zendesk secure settings) are sent to Available’s proxy service (europe-west1-proventic-internal.cloudfunctions.net) to perform the Shipmondo API request, and the resulting data is displayed in Zendesk.

Cómo instalar
The app uses the Shipmondo API and Available’s proxy service. You need two values during installation:
API user and API key — Your Shipmondo API credentials. These are not provided by Available.
Click Free trial to install this app.
Open app.shipmondo.com in a new tab and log in.
In the top menu bar navigate to Settings > API > Access.
If the user and key fields are empty, click Generate API keys.
Copy and paste the API user and API key into the Zendesk app installation settings.
Decide whether to limit access for this app for specific roles and groups.
Fill out the billing details form and click Proceed to payment (you are only billed after the 7-day trial ends).
Both values are stored as secure settings in Zendesk and are not visible to agents.
