What it does

When a ticket loads, the app resolves the requester to a Twenty person by email, retries transient requester updates, and refreshes automatically when the Zendesk requester changes (including common requester-change events).

Contact details

Shows name (linked to Twenty), email, phone, job title, LinkedIn profile, and city when available.

Primary company

When the person is linked to a company in Twenty, the app shows company name (linked to Twenty), domain, address, ARR, employee count, and account owner when those fields are present.

Open deals

Lists open opportunities for the matched person (deal name, stage, amount, close date) with links to Twenty where applicable.

Deep links

Record links use your Twenty app URL from app settings so agents open the right workspace (for example https://your-workspace.twenty.com). The Twenty REST API is called against Twenty’s cloud endpoint only.

Performance

Loads person, company, opportunities, and account-owner context efficiently and clears stale sidebar content immediately on requester changes.

Data disclosure

This integration reads Zendesk ticket requester information needed to match a person (primarily email). It reads Twenty Core REST records needed to render the sidebar (for example people, companies, opportunities, and workspace members for account owner display). Your Twenty API key is stored only as a secure Zendesk app setting. API requests are made to Twenty’s hosted REST API (https://api.twenty.com/rest). Cómo instalar

Follow these steps to install Twenty CRM Data Viewer.

  1. Install the app in Zendesk.

  2. In Twenty, create an API key under Settings → APIs & Webhooks.

  3. In the app settings, set Twenty API key (api_token) and Twenty app URL (app_base_url) — your workspace front-end URL (for example https://alboz.twenty.com) — so deep links open in the correct Twenty workspace.

  4. Open any ticket as an admin and verify Twenty data loads for the ticket requester (the requester email should match a person in Twenty).
