ReviewBot turns new App Store and Google Play reviews into Zendesk tickets, so your team can spot problems, assign an owner, and follow up without checking both stores every day.

Choose star ratings and a country or language for each Flow. Send low-star reviews to Zendesk, or follow every rating for an app. One Flow connects one store listing to one destination; use separate Flows for your iOS and Android apps.

Tickets include the review text, rating, reviewer display name, locale, available app version and date, plus links for further investigation. Use your Zendesk views, assignments, and internal notes to coordinate the next step.

DATA AND PRIVACY
ReviewBot processes public review content and source metadata to create the tickets you configure. It uses your Zendesk subdomain, OAuth tokens, and account metadata to authorize the connection, verify access, and deliver tickets. It stores connection credentials, Flow settings, delivery state, and operational logs to run the integration and recover from errors.

Where separately enabled, reply workflows also process the relevant ticket and agent-comment data and require authorization for an app you control. Internal notes are not published to app stores.

Cómo instalar

  1. Start your 14-day trial or sign in at https://reviewbot.io/integrations-zendesk/?utmsource=zendeskmarketplace&utmmedium=directory&utmcampaign=zendesk_listing

  2. In ReviewBot, choose New Flow, then Review alerts.

  3. Select an existing review source, or choose Add source to find your App Store or Google Play listing. Confirm the app and developer.

  4. Choose Zendesk as the destination. Choose Connect an account and enter your Zendesk subdomain. Use a Zendesk administrator account to authorize ReviewBot through OAuth.

  5. Return to ReviewBot, select the connected Zendesk account, and choose the star ratings and country or language to monitor.

  6. Review the Flow settings and price, then choose Turn on Flow.

  7. Check Zendesk for the ReviewBot Flow created setup ticket. This verifies setup delivery; new matching reviews create their own tickets as they become available.
