Agents can receive notifications for tickets assigned to them, tickets they follow, and new tickets entering selected Zendesk views. They can also control which notification types are enabled, adjust sound settings, and mute specific users such as bots or automation users.

ZenNotification runs locally in the user’s browser. ZenAppsFactory does not store ticket content, customer data, or Zendesk account data. Limited, non-sensitive analytics may be used to improve the product, such as feature usage and installation status.
