Cómo instalar
In Zendesk Admin Center, go to Apps and integrations > Zendesk Support apps.
Find and install In App Notifier from Zendesk Marketplace.
Open the app in the nav bar to create notification rules and message content.
Test rules from a ticket to confirm modals appear as expected.
Publish your rule configuration for your support team.
