What the app does

• Search tickets, people and organizations by status, dates, tags, priority, channel, people, brand, satisfaction, custom fields and text. Exact counts for the whole account, not the first 1,000. Saved searches.

• Export CSV, Excel or JSON with the columns you choose, including custom fields and metrics; comments as one row per comment. Built in your browser.

• Bulk changes to any ticket field, tags and custom fields: review, sample, typed confirmation, batches of 100, per-ticket results, undo.

• Delete, restore and permanent delete with typed confirmation.

• Redaction packs: e-mail, phone, cards (Luhn), IBANs (mod 97), national ids (ES, IE, GB, US, DE, FR, IT, PT), your own patterns. Every string is previewed first; attachments too.

• People: a DSAR pack as a ZIP with a printable report, and a right-to-erasure sequence: redact, anonymise, delete.

• Retention rules with guards and a cap per run: dry run with counts and a sample, then confirm. Nothing runs unattended.

• Evidence: who, when, criteria, counts and ids for every action; CSV and printable report; on Business and up also stored inside your account.

• Safety rails: destructive actions admin-only; rate limits respected; a ledger so a closed tab never repeats a batch.

Free: search with exact counts, 2,000 rows on screen, 500 export rows a month. Pro: unlimited exports, bulk changes with undo, DSAR packs. Business: deletion, redaction, anonymisation, retention rules, evidence in the account. Enterprise: more parallel jobs and priority support.

Data disclosure

• Runs entirely in the agent's browser inside Zendesk Support: no server, no vendor account, no API key.

• Reads, with the signed-in user's permissions and only when asked: tickets, comments, attachment metadata, users, organizations, account structure, custom objects.

• Writes only what you confirm: ticket updates, deletions, restores, redactions, user changes, evidence records, and shared settings in this app's installation.

• Stores evidence, saved searches, export history and ledgers in the browser's local storage; "Clear local data" removes it.

• Nothing goes to the developer or any third party. No analytics, cookies or AI services.
