App Functionality

Cincopa Knowledge Base integrates an AI Support Copilot directly into Zendesk Support. When an agent opens a ticket, the app automatically syncs the customer's query and leverages your Cincopa multimedia knowledge base to generate accurate, context-aware draft responses in real time. Support agents can review, refine, and insert draft replies along with relevant video thumbnails directly into the Zendesk reply composer, significantly accelerating resolution times while maintaining high response quality.

Data Disclosure and Privacy Handling

We take customer data privacy seriously and implement robust technical measures to ensure customer data is not misused or exposed to unauthorized access:

  • Data Accessed & Used: The app accesses ticket subject lines and customer ticket comments solely to retrieve relevant knowledge base articles and generate AI support drafts upon agent initiation.
  • Data Security & Encryption: All data transmissions are encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS/HTTPS protocols to safeguard against unauthorized interception.
  • Data Storage & Retention: Customer ticket data is processed transiently in real time and is never stored permanently, cached, or retained on Cincopa servers. Customer data is never sold, shared with unauthorized third parties, or exposed to unauthorized access.
  • AI Model Training: Customer ticket data and queries are never used to train or fine-tune public AI models.

Cómo instalar

  • Find Cincopa app in the Zendesk Apps Directory.

  • Log in into your Cincopa account or create a new one. You can sign up with your email, Google, or Facebook account.

  • Open your Cincopa Account settings and navigate to API Tokens.

  • Create new key with all permissions for Zendesk.

  • Copy the key and paste it into the Cincopa apps installation settings in Zendesk.

  • If you want to let your team members upload multimedia assets, activate the Allow upload option.

  • Select a Cincopa gallery where new content will be uploaded by default.

  • Choose which Cincopa galleries will appear in your Zendesk dashboard.

  • Click on the "Install" button.
