Cast is built for the moments subscribers contact a media company: a stream that won't play, a TV that needs an activation code, a charge they didn't expect, a plan they want to change. These are right-now problems, usually raised from a phone or a couch mid-episode, so the design answers fast: bold headings, short reading paths, and layouts that get people back to watching, listening, and reading.

Media companies live on presentation, and their help center shouldn't break the spell. Cast is set in Bricolage Grotesque, a characterful contemporary display face, with Instrument Sans and true italics for body text, an editorial pairing that looks like it belongs to a streaming brand, not a ticketing system. The electric palette is fully customizable to match your own.

Playback, billing, devices, and account questions are the heart of media support. Cast keeps those answers scannable: clear hierarchy for step-by-step device guides, legible type at phone sizes, and every text and interactive color passing WCAG AA contrast.

Answer-first by design.

Article pages lead with the content, not the chrome. Titles read as the questions subscribers actually ask, related articles keep them moving, and the layout works as well for a quick billing answer as a full activation walkthrough. Cast is built on the principle that a help center now serves three readers: your subscribers, your support team, and your AI, and all three want the answer first.

Cast's standard license is free: install it, customize everything in Theming Center, and receive updates. It includes a small "Powered by Artica" link in the footer.

The developer license adds full code access and export, so your team can extend the theme however you like, including removing the footer attribution.
