Customer data (tickets, users, organizations, and related fields) is only accessed through Zendesk's official APIs via ZAF, in the context of the logged-in agent. We do not store, transmit, or process your data on our own servers. Data is not shared with third parties and is not used for any purpose other than powering the app's features inside your Zendesk instance.
