Super Duper Search brings that discovery together with readable Excel workbooks, helping admins inspect details, review workflows and prepare useful handovers. Search for an answer, then take the relevant configuration into a workbook your team can review.

Use exports for team handovers, workflow cleanup and change reviews. Coverage notes show what was retrieved and what remains unavailable. Combined workbooks are configuration snapshots, not full-instance backups.

Searches and workbook generation run in your browser using your Zendesk permissions. Saved searches stay locally by account and agent. Exports stay where you save them. Zendesk Marketplace and Stripe handle subscriptions. Optional Contact Support sends your message and displayed account/agent details through a Zendesk ticket or email draft. Results are not attached automatically. SDK and optional brand images use HTTPS. Privacy.
Available data depends on role, plan and API support. Indexing can lag; partial coverage is labeled. API and browser limits apply.

Select Install and review the $10 USD per account/month plan and 14-day trial.
Choose your Zendesk Support account and review role/group availability as an administrator.
Open Super Duper Search from the navigation bar.
Search a permitted record or workflow and check its coverage before exporting.
Use Contact Support in the app for help.
The trial requires a payment card and bills automatically afterward unless canceled. Manage the subscription through Zendesk Manage Apps. Super Search is a separate free app; saved searches do not automatically transfer between installations.
