Cómo instalar
Install the app
Click 'Install' to start the process.
You’ll be redirected to your Zendesk admin area (ensure you have admin rights).
During installation, you’ll be prompted to provide payment details. Rephraser AI includes a 7-day free trial, and you can avoid charges by canceling before the trial ends.
The app is named ‘Rephraser AI’ by default, but you can rename it if needed.
Apply role or group restrictions if required.
Click ‘Install’ again to complete setup.
Access the app
Go to your Zendesk Agent Workspace.
Open a ticket and type your response in the editor.
Click the Rephraser AI icon at the bottom of the editor to instantly refine your message.
