super stars of customer service The National Retail Federation has announced its annual top ten list of retailers for customer service and, it turns out, we really really like shopping from home. Among the list were online giants Amazon, and Zappos, as well as Land’s End, L.L. Bean, and QVC. Perennial favorite Nordstrom, J.C. Penny and Kohl’s were the only traditional retailers to make the cut. The list, compiled after surveying nearly 10,000 shoppers, was announced in alphabetical order with the actual rankings to be announced in January.
